("Xandoriqo", "we") collects, uses and protects the information of the people who visit xandoriqo.com from Argentina or any other country. The document is drafted in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Person responsible for processing
Editorial Xandoriqo S.A.S., CUIT 30-71845321-4, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1331, Piso 6, Of. 612, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, is responsible for processing personal data collected through this portal. Any inquiry about the use of your data may be addressed to privacidad@xandoriqo.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect data that you provide voluntarily through the contact form (name, email and the content of your message) and information generated automatically by your browser, such as the type of device, the version of the operating system, approximate language and consent preferences. We do not collect copies of identity documents, banking data or biometric information.
3. Purposes of the processing
The data is used to: (i) respond to your editorial queries; (ii) compile aggregate audience statistics; (iii) detect operating errors and security incidents; (iv) measure educational campaigns through the Google Ads ecosystem, provided that you have given your consent in the cookie banner. We do not use information to make automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the consent you provide when submitting the contact form or accepting cookies, the legitimate interest of operating the website, and the legal obligations applicable to publishing activities in Argentina. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing already carried out.
5. Recipients and transfers
Personal data is accessed by personnel authorized by Xandoriqo, by infrastructure providers and by analytics tools that operate under data processing agreements. International transfers, if applicable, are made to countries that the AAIP considers adequate or that adopt standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention periods
Form messages are kept for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months from the date of receipt. Aggregated technical records are kept for a maximum of thirteen (13) months. Logs related to security incidents may be kept for an additional five (5) years if required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, update, removal or confidentiality of your personal data by writing to privacidad@xandoriqo.com or to our postal address. You may also file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information, Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, Piso 2, CABA. We will respond to your request within the deadlines set by Law 25.326.
8. Security measures
We apply administrative, technical and physical controls to protect information against loss, unauthorized access or unlawful disclosure. We maintain a continuous risk analysis program and review our procedures at least once a year.
9. Minors
The portal is aimed at people over 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you detect that a minor has shared personal information through our forms, please contact us so that we may delete the data immediately.
10. Updates
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal or technological changes. Any substantive modification will be announced on this page indicating the date of entry into force. The applicable version is always the one published in this section.
